Special Meeting Called To Address Controversial Short-Term Regs

The meeting will be held on Monday, November 14th at 6 PM. Three items on the short-term rental regulation draft ordinance were controversial and raised the need for deeper discussion. Those items are possible caps on the number of short-term licenses, the transfer-ability of the licenses, and whether or not the units need an identifying plaque on the exterior.
