Special Needs Planning & Taxation

This episode is the third and final part of a presentation that was recorded in December 2023 and made to tax and financial professionals. In it, Attorney Landon Hodges goes over special needs planning with a focus on the taxation aspect of it and ways to minimize taxes. In addition to the usual special needs planning that our firm does for clients with special needs and their family members, there is also a tax component that we haven't covered in depth in past recordings. This presentation, while intended for professionals, can still be helpful for those families that have a member with special needs and who will be engaging in special needs planning in the future, or have already done so.
