Jack Williams who is the Representative of Motionball Marathon of Sport for the Calgary region, and Special Olympic Motionball Calgary Ambassador Matthew Smyth. It is Matthew's first time as an ambassador so I am interviewing him to see how he likes it and what he is looking forward to in Motionball which is June 21 2025. Jack has been on my show before and he is returning to talk about what is new with Motionball and what sports are going to be in Motionball 2025. I also ask what you can do as athletes to stay healthy outside of sports.
