From his toddler years, Sophie’s son struggled tremendously with emotional regulation. Having grown accustomed to navigating raging outbursts and continually advocating for her son’s mental health, Sophie was flooded with relief when around 7th grade, her son stabilized. However, his improvement was short lived before online learning during COVID sent him in a downward spiral.
