BIO:Former NFL kicker, Matt Stover, is a two-time Super Bowl Champion and member of the Baltimore Ravens Ring of Honor. He played for the New York Giants, Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Ravens, and Indianapolis Colts.Graduating from Louisiana Tech University, Matt was selected by the New York Giants in the 1990 NFL Draft and was part of a Super Bowl Champion team his rookie season. He signed with the Cleveland Browns in 1991, and following the Browns' move to Baltimore in 1996, he spent the majority of his career as a Baltimore Raven. He became a two-time Super Bowl Champion that year when the Ravens defeated his former team, the Giants, in Super Bowl XXXV.Retiring after the 2009 season as a Baltimore Raven and the NFL’s fourth all-time leading scorer, Matt is now a chairman and Co-Founder of the Players’ Philanthropy Fund (PPF), a donor-advised fund to facilitate charitable giving for professional athletes, Matt is a firm believer in philanthropy and giving back to the community. He co-founded PPF to make philanthropy a part of the next chapter of his life. He strives to assist professional athletes in becoming the philanthropic leaders that they can and should be in their communities.
