In this episode, I chat with Louise from Adelaide in South Australia. Louise is a counsellor, working with neurodivergent children and their families (as well as some adult) and owns Off The Couch Therapy. Louise was diagnosed late in life as Autistic and ADHD (AuDHD). A lot of Louise's work revolves around what her business name suggests - getting off the couch! A lot of her therapy sessions are done out and about, immersing everyone in nature and all its beauty.
