In this episode I chat with Hannah from the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Hannah (AKA The Forgetful Urban Farmer on Instagram) chats to me about her ADHD diagnosis, as well as the diagnoses of her children. We also talk about Hannah's amazing little urban farm which she created on her 650m2 block as a way to help her cope with the ups and downs of mental health and as an outlet for her ADHD.
