from The Project Sleep Podcast · host Project Sleep

Jordan Taylor is a graduate of the University of Alabama where she had a prominent role on the university’s speech and debate and slam poetry teams. Diagnosed with narcolepsy type 1 at the age of 14, Jordan joined Project Sleep’s Rising Voices to share her story and raise awareness about the often misunderstood condition.   The Rising Voices Series features a variety of first-hand stories from people living with sleep disorders around the world. At Project Sleep, we believe in the power of storytelling to raise awareness and break down stigma. This is why we train people with sleep disorders on how to share their stories through the Rising Voices training program.
