Speed Limit Changes, Fallbrook Homicide, Olympic Soccer in San Diego

The San Diego City Council has voted unanimously to lower the speed limit on roughly 20% of the city's roads. The Sheriff's Department worked through the night investigating a possible homicide in the Fallbrook area.
