Spicecast #43 Float

Madison artist Float first picked up the can in Amsterdam to do his first Graffiti pieces. Now he’s on the other side of the fence and turned to mixed media of all types. Floats art combines strong colors, distinct contrast and iconography all inspired by his love for street art. Float’s art table can be found all sorts of places, from the Huntsville Library, a variety of pop conventions and holiday markets around the valley. We talk to Float about his journey from street art to adapting his style to find a place inside the buildings he used to tag.
