Could be challenging as Iowa is known as the “Boring State”! Aside from visiting his son, can the big fella find some fun to recap us on? Touk Miller chats to the team about the GC SUNS much needed bounce back this weekend as they take on Essendon at home. An epic time was had, firing up Spida’s barbie for Spida’s First Sizzle! The Triple M family showed out to bring his BBQ to life in fiery fashion. The legend Dan Macpherson then joins the team to chat about his upcoming movie “Beast”, Dan chats about how his career has developed, what it was like getting into MMA shape & his relationship with Russel Crowe.
