Spider-Noir (PILOT)

This wasn’t on my bingo card for 2026. The first live-action Spider-Man TV series since the 1970s stars 62-year-old Nicolas Cage in 1930s New York, doing a Humphrey Bogart impression. The show is available in both black-and-white and color, and it kicks off with “Step Into My Office,” introducing Ben Reilly as a down-on-his-luck private investigator who has retired his superhero identity, The Spider, after his fiancée’s passing. Naturally, the series doesn’t plan on letting him stay retired for long.
