It’s been one year since we started Spill the P, and we’re celebrating by returning to Bereishit. We’re talking about darkness that isn’t explicitly called bad, a day of separation that isn’t called good, two great lights with very different jobs, and a garden full of abundance where somehow the one forbidden thing became the most interesting. And then, of course, there’s Adam, Chava, the serpent, the blame game, Cain, Hevel, and a whole lot of family history. But beneath all of it is a question worth considering: when life creates distance, conflict, or uncertainty, do we remain in judgment, or do we use what we’ve learned to create something better? Welcome back to the beginning.
