We don't usually go looking for our shadow - it finds us, in the same old patterns, the same triggers, the same 3 a.m. spirals.  Mariana Cabral White's Spiral Alchemy Oracle deck is designed to help us transform old cycles into inner wisdom and freedom.  In this podcast, Melinda sits down with the creator of this gorgeous, deeply felt and compassionate set of cards.  Spiral Alchemy Oracle grew out of Mariana's own experience facing her "Darkest Dark" times. She hopes working with the deck can help others to do the same.  In the episode we learn about how Mariana identified & navigated her downward spiral trends and how she found the glimmers of light that helped spiral her back up out of the well of sorrows.
