Spirits in Dolls

This week on Hoodcast AF (a.k.a. the Collectible Podcast) the crew dives head-first into the weirdest corner of the collectible world: haunted dolls on eBay. Fallen opens the episode with a breakdown of what actually sells on eBay—but not the normal stuff. We’re talking about the bizarre niche listings where dolls allegedly come with attached spirits, tragic backstories, protective sigils, and warning labels that basically say “do not anger the entity.” Fallen reads through some of the most unhinged haunted-doll listings on the internet, written by metaphysical sellers who take the whole thing very seriously… which of course makes it even funnier. Inspired by the chaos, Fallen announces his own plan to start crafting custom “metaphysical” haunted dolls, supposedly imbued with mysterious energies, questionable relics, and just enough satanic flair to make eBay nervous. Are they cursed? Blessed? Or just incredible marketing? You decide. Meanwhile, Cobra Dad attempts to verify the supernatural claims live on the show using his pocket Ouija board. What begins as a simple spirit-contact experiment quickly spirals into pure Hoodcast chaos as the “communication” gets weird, the crew starts asking questionable questions, and nobody can agree whether the spirits are real… or just trolling them. Also in Episode 291: Action figure news – the latest reveals and collectibles hitting shelves. Recent acquisitions – what the crew picked up this week for their collections. Tangents, jokes, and the usual unhinged Hoodcast energy. If you’ve ever wondered whether haunted collectibles are legit paranormal artifacts or just the strangest marketing strategy on eBay, this episode might not answer that—but it will definitely make you laugh about it. Episode 291: “Spirits in Dolls” — weird listings, cursed collectibles, and a Ouija board that probably shouldn’t have been used on a podcast.
