Are you to a place of maturity where you can become a true spiritual parent to others? ABOUT THE MESSAGEThere is no way to understate the importance of proper spiritual parenting in the Body of Christ. It is the very formula that Jesus used to spread His Word. First it is to train, then to equip, and finally to send out. Early in the process of spiritual parenting, people need to be fed milk, just as we do physically. However, the danger arises whenever that is as far as we take them. We must be careful not to let the way that we parent hinder their spiritual growth. We need to make sure that we are helping those that we parent to grow to feed themselves, and eventually for them to become spiritual parents to others as well.
