Shree mad bhagwad geeta teaches us when we read it to get context. The first sholk teaches us the importance of communication. गीता  अध्याय 1 श्लोक 1 | geeta chapter 1 verse 1 धृतराष्ट्र उवाच (Dhratrashtra speaks) धर्मक्षेत्रे कुरुक्षेत्रे समवेता युयुत्सवः । मामकाः पाण्डवाश्चैव किमकुर्वत संजय ॥१॥  dharmakṣētrē kurukṣētrē samavētā yuyutsavaḥ. māmakāḥ pāṇḍavāścaiva kimakurvata sañjaya. 1.1 Meaning: Dhritarashtra said- O Sanjay! Gathered in Holyland Kurukshetra, what did my and Pandu's sons do for war? भावार्थ : धृतराष्ट्र ने कहा- हे संजय! पवित्र भूमि कुरुक्षेत्र में इकट्ठा, मेरे और पांडु के पुत्रों ने युद्ध के लिए क्या क्या किया? Here, ‘mamka’ word is used by dhrutrashtra which is inappropriate word used by Dhritarashtra as a king. Here he distinguishes my and your. Likewise in organizations also when owner say , it’s my company then employee will understand that’s it’s not my company. We need to work on communication to get success in Business.
