Send us Fan MailEstelle Arlaud is a chef, author, and a world traveller, in permanent wonder of Mother Nature beauty and resilience.From a very young age, Estelle had three deep attractions: cooking, the sea, and spirituality—always with a strong connection to nature. She grew up in two beautiful places: St. Tropez, France, and St. Martin, French Caribbean. At nineteen, Estelle had her own catering business and passed her scuba diving instructor certification. At twenty-two, she left for Phuket, Thailand, where she spent four years working as a diving instructor and underwater model. She did cross the Atlantic Ocean twice in a 72-foot sailing boat and swam with the wild whales.Estelle spent 3 years in South India, mostly in a cave, meditating, and in a nearby village, making and teaching deejeridoo, which is an Australian music instrument. She also lived in Australia and Israel where she discovered the Thorah and the Kaballah.
