Text: 2 Corinthians 7:10 (CSB) For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, but worldly grief produces death. Ways to help those navigating suicide: 1. Note and address changes in appetite, mood, sleep or “regular behavior” with compassion. 2. Seek help personal help from others outside of yourself and or professional help. 3. Remember that you are not alone. 4. Seek God’s guidance and obey the Holy Spirit’s prompting to seek help.
