SPLIT SCREEN: Detention vs. Goodfellas
from The World According to Dick Buttons Hosted by Dick Buttons
🎬🔥 SPLIT SCREEN IS BACK!!! 🔥🎬 Two different mindsets. Two different ideologies. Two VERY different ways of looking at movies. Dick Buttons and Professor Jacket Music are together again for another episode of SPLIT SCREEN, only on The World According to Dick Buttons Podcast! Usually, the guys may find themselves reviewing the same movie from completely different perspectives… BUT NOT THIS TIME. This time, they picked movies FOR EACH OTHER — and neither one gets to run from the assignment! 🎥 Professor Jacket Music chose 2011’s Detention for Dick Buttons. 🔫 Dick Buttons fired back by choosing Martin Scorsese’s 1990 classic Goodfellas for Professor Jacket Music. Two movies that couldn’t be more different. One is a completely bonkers, genre-smashing high-school horror/comedy/time-travel fever dream. The other is one of the most celebrated gangster films ever made. So… what happens when Dick Buttons steps into the insanity of Detention? And what will Professor Jacket Music have to say after sitting down with Henry Hill, Jimmy Conway, Tommy DeVito and the world of Goodfellas? Will somebody discover a new favorite? Will somebody absolutely HATE what the other guy made him watch? Will friendships be tested? Will insults be thrown? There’s only ONE way to find out… 👉 PRESS PLAY!!! 🎬 DICK BUTTONS & PROFESSOR JACKET MUSIC — TOGETHER AGAIN! 🔥 SPLIT SCREEN 🔥 Only on The World According to Dick Buttons Podcast! Two movies. Two opinions. Two completely different minds. CHECK IT OUT!!! I can also make this into a shorter Facebook/YouTube promo version with an even harder opening hook.
