Splitting the Sea
from Shalom In Your Phone! Hosted by Rabbi Rebecca Keren Jablonski
This week in Parashat Beshalach, Moses performs one of the most iconic miracles in the Torah. With Pharoah's army chasing after the Israelites, who are encamped at the edge of the waters, Moses is commanded to lift his staff and arm over the Red Sea. He parts the sea, making a path for the Israelite's to cross to freedom on the other side. Rabbi Becky and Daniella discuss this event, the significance of Moses's staff, and the short-lived gratitude of the people as they face obstacle after obstacle in this week's episode of Shalom In Your Phone!
