Spokane Falls Short Again vs Everett | Spokane News

Spokane Indians fall again, losing 6-4 to Everett AquaSox as Everett’s offense smashes six runs in first seven innings, three players going deep including Luis Suisbel’s 19th and Luke Stevenson’s 22nd homers. Spokane’s Ethan Hedges and Derek Bernard answered with homers — Hedges’ 15th solo shot, Bernard’s two-run blast cutting the lead — but couldn’t rally. A late eighth run trimmed it to one, but AquaSox added insurance in the seventh and shut the door in the ninth. Fourth loss in five games against Everett leaves Spokane reeling as they head into Sunday’s finale at 1:05 PM. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
