SPOKEN ENGLISH | Kadal Osai CR collaboration with Yein Udaan | Tamil | English pesalam vanga - Episode 01: Visiting the market

      Kadal Osai CR has collaborated with Yein Udaan to produce a series titled "English pesalam vanga" where we teach basic spoken english classes to the listeners in mini episodes lasting 3-5 minutes each. The episodes involve a simple everyday scenario where day to day conversations are taught in English for easy understanding and application. Following this series will help listeners learn the basics of the English language from scratch while also improving their vocabulary along the way. The lessons are explained in the Tamil language. In this episode:       After a brief introduction to "English pesalam vanga" and explaining the need to learn the globally popular language, Ms. Gayathri dives right into the first lesson. In this lesson, the listeners are expected to imagine a situation where they need to go to the market to buy the required ingredients to cook food. Before stepping out of the home, a person will first announce to his family that he is going to the market to ask them if they need anything. This episode teaches the conversation one would have in this scenario while also teaching the names of some popular ingredients and vegetables used to cook food.
