Season 7 Episode 36! Episode #300 In our first segment we have the return of the Capitals Roundtable with Gil, CPIII and RobbieG. We will talk about all the latest Caps news and 3 losses from this last week. After this we will talk about the return of the XFL to DC with the DC Defenders and their big win week 1. We will have a Roundtable talk about this.
