Spotted Octopus Brewing - Allentown's Only Brewery

Dom, Ken, Barb, and many of their friends and family have come together to bring a brewery to Allentown. Located at 41 Edward Street, Spotted Octopus is a comfortable space featuring 12 taps and quirky, upcycled furniture. We sat down with Dom and Ken to talk about a handful of their beers that they hope to have on tap when they open later this Spring. We talked about how they came up with idea, the name, and the beer styles. We were hit in the face with a peach and pepper beer and warmed with a winter warmer and vanilla porter. Hosted on Acast.
