Spotty the Turtle 🐢

Spotty the Turtle is a Merry Little Breezes story. Peter Rabbit, Reddy Fox, and Billy Mink are arguing over who is the fastest. They decide to go and ask Grandfather Frog who is can be. He suggests they have a race as that is the only way they can be sure. He says they will start together from the old butternut tree, race away across the Green Meadows to the little hill on the other side and bring back a nut from the hickory tree that grew there.
