Secondary Defensive Tools: We peek into regulations covering the carry and use of secondary defensive tools. Just because a person can carry a tool while off-duty does not mean it is legal or permissible to carry it while on duty as a security guard. Putting on that uniform switches a person from being average Joe civilian to being under an entirely different set of state regulations and restrictions.
