Have you ever been in a career that was successful, but that you knew that it wasn’t what you were meant to do? Dethorn Young was an assistant vice president at Capital One in New York City, when he decided that this was not what he was meant to do. So he made some big changes including living in other countries for a while, until he found out who he really was and what he wanted to be doing. We talk about how it’s okay to change directions and how to listen to yourself to find who you truly are.
