Comparison is a thief of joy. But we're human, and so it's normal sometimes to compare ourselves to others. However, comparing yourself to others will only leave you feeling frustrated and anxious. Furthermore, it doesn't help in creating the life you want. It instead takes away irreplaceable time and energy that could have been better spent elsewhere. Here's the thing; there will always be someone more intelligent, attractive, or successful than you. The trick is understanding the unique value that you bring to the table. Remember that nothing and nobody is perfect; everything is special in its own way. So, instead of believing that the grass might be greener on the other side, try and nurture the grass that's on your side of the fence. After all, the grass is greenest where it's being properly cared for. Check out the full session notes: www.evingerleanworldwide.com/216.
