Spring 2024: Community celebrates third Diversity Summit

The Augustana Student Association held its third annual Diversity Summit on April 6 as an effort to encourage more diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives at the school.  With the theme of teaching attendees how to be better citizens, the summit provided an opportunity for people to learn how to be good neighbors in a diverse world. In this episode of Viking Reflections, senior JayVian Farr, the chair of ASA's diversity, equity and social justice committee, and freshman Maya Madson sit down to discuss the event.
