There is much we can learn as leaders and in life from planting flowers:ENVISION - What do you want your life to look like in 5 years? What seed will you plant today, so it can take root tomorrow, and blossom in the days and years ahead?ACCEPT - Not everyone has to like all the flowers in the garden, and it's ok when we aren’t everyone’s favorite flower either. What role are you stepping in to where everyone is comparing you to the previous boss or committee or person who oversaw this or that?  Don’t worry about trying to meet every need and being liked by everyone. Simply BLOOM where YOU are planted!REFLECT - We often reflect influences we are around.  What are you absorbing from others around you, what boundaries might you need to set, what mindsets might you need to change?
