Spring Wines & Summer Vibes

We paired it with a crostini topped with brie, apple, prosciutto, and hot honey — salty, creamy, sweet, crunchy… exactly what this wine wants beside it.🌸 Château La Pommeraie Bordeaux RoséFresh fruit, structure, and enough depth to keep it from feeling like “just another rosé.” Paired with goat cheese, fig preserve, prosciutto, basil, and balsamic crostini. One of those combinations where the food and wine completely change each other for the better.🍒 Tradizione Zanasi Lambrusco GrasparossaCold, fizzy, dark-fruited, and wildly underrated. Lambrusco deserves way more respect than it gets.
