All right, I keep it up now. I'm gonna go for Jerry Johnson shit. I'll go for Jerry Johnson. I'll be like that I really went to bed Hey, did we tell you about anything Jerry like we came to New Orleans in the windish yes at the windies I don't know my favorite day story.
What happened? So we first off We're like a hundred CRV like hatchback like two seeder. It's like four of us And it's hot on the wall is that so we like hopping the back pile in the back and we're headed back to Wherever for Jerry is staying and Jerry was like a he's pulling up like to the windies He was like, are we talking about Jerry Jerry Jerry? So Jerry is like, hey, man.
Y'all want some of these Wendy's y'all want some Wendy's and I don't think it was because he wasn't hungry I think it was just because we was on some we're gonna get some pull boys or something like we're in the water So we was like now so Jerry like pulls up to the windies hops out walks inside the windies Orders a full meal and sits down We're in the car And this is like sitting down he's in like with the knife in the Fortenigue like like damn Napping in the shirt and eats his full meal takes this fucking time and walks out like all right y'all ready to get back on the road Like we thought she was going through the fucking drive through some shit. We're this is bossing nuggets and come back out I'm gonna say didn't he say some shit like oh, yeah, I had to get my Addy my refill like basically he is in there so you can like drink his own drink. You just read it. Yeah But think about Jared already knew But Jerry didn't really like tell us until we were like And I just think about it like in the windy to Jerry oh, yeah Orders all the the meal items from windies like not the fast food Like Windies was fan-scatcheful for that I used to go to the salad bar my grandma and like we used to like sit down and have my lunch We used to go to Wendy's me my posh go with go Wendy's and sit down after getting a haircut We used to go after church sometimes Like With all due respect it's a chef and as always when listen to our podcast Let's make like our podcast give us a comment give us some money on anchor send us some sweet cash on cash at not get a big But you know, it's just good to be acknowledged I think someone sent us $50 recently for J.

I could do that. I can never do I was always frequency But I can I know is it some like you know how you have the niggas like a flip One back Did it when they say like do it and I did it but it's I barely cleared it did you know Yeah, I did tackle in the grass such in the street But then you push one nigga into a car and then it goes left me out that it's funny How does universal this one do we kept trying to run in the in the street? So you wigg it talk about you like random sidelines my buddy cliches ass in the grass I mean after you baptize yourself on a mailbox everybody's our We wrote down the hill by my house Loves How's everybody been doing everybody You I don't know if I talk about my baria taco experience last weekend I mean last week I don't know about that Oh, I went on my birthday, but I went to get like the real deal baria tacos at this place called Turkey in the wolf they have their Michelin star restaurant, but it's really a sandwich I have really good like greens you wouldn't expect it and then they have a real cheese sandwich that had a color green grilled cheese sandwich That's just it as fuck it. I think that's what actually won like the Michelin.
I'm not missing I'm sorry James Beard award sandwich Every you food you food is feeling down. Anyway, big big big big anyway, so they had a baria pop up another Baria restaurant payment cook it there Which is cool they do that a lot and um well, I was in line man. I don't know if y'all have any top shift fans, but um It was a woman named Nini. She's a Vietnamese New Orleans.
Yes Doesn't have a restaurant out here yet. It's over one up, but she was just walking by and like walking the dogs while buying it and like nobody recognized I'm like So well, I think it was a long line to walk by me Cool You better wait in line. Oh, well, I don't like to skip line. You know blah blah blah be pretentious I said I feel you said you're back in the line and see within a bit for maybe 45 minutes and it was like I'm like I said this line the more Yes um So I took the picture and I look at it and I saw like the goof in my face Like I was like way too hard So I wanted to get another picture But like she was sick with a home girl and I didn't know like a cool like double Dutch I can I didn't say Opportunity to jump in and get a second picture.
So she's cool as well. Yeah, but I you know It's funny when it's not black people. Oh, but she's the home girls. I'm like oh Oh She was Found out it was the owner's wife was kind of fan girling out around her and kept trying to introduce other people on She's a tiny to be a type of these burritagos was fucking flat.
I said I'm gonna talk into you Talk and it's he's I don't even eat hard to see myself. Let's wrap them on the floor. See I'll get to you now the pain goes straight it let it stop cream. Hi, it's also American cheese Like someone's doing that Give us like a point to five windows to get it With a restaurant a drive-through and a chick on the drive-thru was like rooted fuck like I ordered my food I was like hey, can I get this burger without it's why I'm gonna say I'm like yeah You could have said okay, but you want to do that anyway She was that's how energy was in the fucking drive through whatever so then I get to the front She had all that attitude and still got my fucking order on so I realized I was growing this book because I got to see and I called My driving I've done the grown The first time was when I was in a movie theater So that's how long ago was when some fucking kids were just being loud I think I just before I was the man the parent around the guy to visit us I was like man, let me just go outside and tell you like I got it who is that person the movie?
Yes, sure, I said boy. Yeah, I told the fucking that's a boy like you talk to 19 year old niggas He came in with the flashlight. It was like Really it was like a boy and a girl too. It was like a I went like a whole bunch of rally dudes It was like a dude and it takes us like aha Everybody else looking around for the snitch right?
So you gotta listen everybody growing human fucking if you have bad service on your book with it Go ahead call never see never see number three Have you ever been a cookout? I want to took out before it nigga, that's only place where you can get like you know burger and like what do you want to go sad? You could be like tacos I'm getting the nuggets No, they're fucking Draping the use sick, but it's all fifty seven out out of my little cookout came is it? I love it out.
I had my birthday And I was like make it is a lot I went two different times in two different states like I went once over jay And once I saw Carolina, that's just going good You can do see it I believe I'm in your shape in DC Speaking of DC We didn't would learn something great. Thanks for asking. Did you do anything fun? Work You're not working from home anymore Yeah, I was like you with the work like what you are now.
Okay cool. That's not what you eat food Let me tell you a bit. Um, let me ask you this. Let me ask you I saw it like your wife has been out and about recently You know the most unique and all those any on this I don't know I'm going to be For the way rehearsal there.
Oh I'm there There too, yes, you like I don't you ain't my real daddy, but my daddy's here. What you say a couple words me I was drunk as well. Yeah, but then after that he was talking about I know Vanessa from way back down and around in the Clothes So if I'm the grandma That's over a lot of people I'm a little dirty dirty. There's no one giving any content.
I'm on a fortune to give me content So we've we've had this discussion about niggas who like like your old ladies, right? Yeah Not that you go to your old ladies likes or anything But do you see any cereal like hers or niggas that probably shouldn't be liking the pictures me and my niggas prefer to them as like Tysons And if you're too sure These do you see any like Tyson's in my name be likes? No, no absolutely likes and I know you feel my feelings we've had this conversation off there about Not your pictures what right, but yeah, just yeah, there are repeat offenders. It's like and my man.
You know my man She got on the last light I Want to lock her house I And it was something like for purposes of this I don't know what she had over the caption with something My husband has a very nice view that's the day. I mean I was like, yeah, he absolutely does like The most other thing about it is none of this is for those the husband is an innocent by shator and all of the shit Definitely catch your strays the other than the husband doesn't even come in until like at least like 150 like oh shit You don't care like you don't care who posted it. They'll be somebody I see like my beautiful knees and he'll say something crazy I Like From I Have your coffee Yeah Some chips and tricks like we knocking on the top four we almost gonna get going well, okay, I mean fifth this last week So So you got to know you is it the same person doing trivia out there like is the trivia in C the same It has been for a few weeks like when I first started I feel like it was one lady like twice And then it's been as other do like three or four times a second of me I don't know if they rotate around or the lady was feeling in I like I don't know all the specifics But it's but it lasts like three or four weeks of the same dude So with my trivia person right the same dude, so I know some shit that he's into right which is like New Orleans high school shit. So nobody on my team is from New Orleans So we kind of got to be loud, you know kind of brush up a little bit Sometimes you'll give like online if you follow mother get you like one free answer for you Get the free answer and if sometimes you'll do he'll let us know what the thing is for the elite You know what I'm saying.
Oh, but besides that can you How many people on your team very so a day it was Five anywhere tonight four and six or seven And best thing to do is just have like a diversity like what I think is on my team done. Oh shit about current events or any music pass 1990, you know I'm saying so that's why I come into play You know damn but like anything just like the body that make a coat, you know what I'm saying? So if you can I don't know recruit them off You know, you know, you know sports clearly does you know I'm saying the sports down the bypass Just to kind of see you know, I'm saying like we all you need a fucking parts and We need like an American history person Or I should say world history because we'll be knowing something about it But well, no, I had a final question was name the four dictators in old in order for oldest to youngest at the time of their death Well, if I'm a plug wherever you That's a Like You betting like you're like on the last question and you can bet up to 15 do you lose the points that you bet? Yeah, okay, do you have a strategy with that?
The other hand because we were so much lower we went 15 pretty much every week this week We only went seven and we had gone three we were straight, but we felt confident when I asked right so you get to see the question before you say How many points you gonna bet? So Don't bring it to the rap that shit up I'm good. I'm good. I've been chilling kick it with PZ and pre-steed last weekend.
That was great with me I don't know there are frat brothers friends of a show. Yeah, he's in town for the parks So, you know I've that nigga went to the park. I live in Orlando, so it's just me and you were So I'm without that night I always tell when they get to go out because it's at the time of their lives. I was like man Just you feel kind of cool.
It's cool. But it's kind of me But it's you think really enjoy themselves. It's really all it matters. Can I have some questions about me?
Right? Yeah We didn't even come back right because because we didn't read you right? It's in red me it was after Reggie and he was all right He was smoking me it was not small Reggie. We didn't mean it become the bottom shelf about that So I don't want to smoke I'm still the rapper we came up I mean but yeah, I'm there now with it.
Yeah, I mean I'm like I mean I post what but it was one dude He's on around town He's like this all he's walking through and I agree with him because I thought we couldn't do it on that shit, which is yeah I can't wait to have a drug episode, but that's why I don't know Well, the true kind of sort of anything knows how to in how to what is it ingest in variety? You know I'm saying a true kind of sort of alcohol unless you're J. Joe who's a kind of sort of alcohol But the first probably one beverage over all of them. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, I drink everything I like it.
What you're talking about 85% he doesn't really like anything else. I do. I really like it. I say a crowd But I drink nigga, no, I'm trying to give you props.
I'm just saying but you're strong. You're strong cognate That's you're just strong cognate I am but don't put the end of it because I also drink bourbon. I'm not saying you don't I'm not saying you don't So but the first thing is I'm gonna make my true. Okay.
All right, so it is Any way you have to be able if you're a true connoisseur of some smoking and drinking or whatever You have to be able to appreciate the jack and coke as much as you appreciate the apple all sports They didn't back to the old fashioned like you like that's what a true connoisseur is you can't be a connoisseur You just do one thing all that smoke is gas That's like saying all that smoke is crack. What you know that there's no variety in it. It's not the spice of like what is it? They don't like it's it's an aller amount attached to it It's like it's a negative connotation to somebody drinking a henasy version of somebody drinking a slit smoke But here's the thing though when I say me I still mean middle of the road like I don't mean like bottom of the shelf No, it was the night was me it is in terms.
It was like it was cool. It wasn't like But it wasn't a but they're using it in a negative connotation I mean I love the brothers I Difference I Does the night need to be like special and have the money associated with it in order for it to be a great night Like sometimes just going out like the best times that I had is when I'm like when Jacksonville Like going to kick it with like the doo ball brothers. We're going to hit like No, like a joke joint, you know, you know, we bought a drink. I forgot what the place that um Jim's right like that's it was like a joint like I had a great time there You don't need the night to be gas In order to have fun, you know, I don't know where we got to the point where it needs to be gas in order to get hot Like nigga Reggie will get you high I made a good point just But I will say the place that we went to like we went to cigar spot, which I was a staple for anyone comes to town So we'll go Yeah No I call corporate I call it.
Oh my no I don't need it. I do put his hand on his pistol. I want to shoot this and he and there's all my I Think it's at that best party And whatever 45 minutes outside of Orlando with a big ahead to go we had to find him I feel like We can bring on side stories that may not be applicable Is one is one Huh With the fire But the only two I have that night is I need to file another complaint I'm gonna call this place that went to Ember afterwards and Ember gives you fake Um liquor, you know how they have the bottles and they open the bottles and put the chief shit in there They clearly did that two drinks. I probably the worst headache I've had in the last in the past five years You know the comments are members.
I am a counselor. Oh, that was no real crown Anyone that's it wouldn't take you two drinks to realize that it's a crown first tip. Take round bro I was already You don't need to play liquid. I'm gonna find that safety wood.
Okay. No, I mean I was already like free drinks in from the guitar place, but that was like good stuff and I go there no excuse Oh, I felt like I was a valid excuse because I golf rules three bad swings are out of here and you get wrapped All right Jenny Crowder Jenny Crowder is a former Miami dolphin. We've ever done we're not gonna say University of Florida. No, no, I was making a point You know Miami dolphin Linebacker he's on a podcast called pivot.
Yeah, I know other podcast, but if there was if you don't want call pivot So they had a conversation recently about uh, no reason about Russell Wilson. Um, what could you for that beautiful Dean footage? I Real quick it was a piece that I forgot about because all the hoopla I feel like right I'm more out of town Like talking about the girl with a big ass mouth whatever that remember when Russell Wilson got drafted It was a girlfriend at the time. She had like this big toothiest smile night.
She just got straight Yeah, so I'll start off right so So many so many things to unpack a little time. Um, first of all That makes it sound like you had a question for people like that You don't leave future future Like you just a man you like it's music whatever the fuck this thing you have a crush on this day. Um, but it just goes to show you like How some people think when it comes to like people in relationship, right? I think we we a lot of people judge people on who they date, which is so weird, right?
I think it's Chris rock who hasn't told saying that like Uh, if I think it's dating a bad chick niggas like respect and they just offer it right one of those like Uh, nigga, how you doing and then they can see see his girl about it. You doing straight You know, I'm saying regardless of everything else. You know what I'm saying? but with this whole Russell Wilson Sierra thing man, I don't get it, you know what I'm saying like people date who they like, you know what I'm saying and If you dated some motherfucker who did you wrong you date a motherfucker?
Did you write? Why wouldn't you prefer the motherfucker who did you write? And this whole like Russell Wilson is a lame. I don't get that either, right?
This nigga is a multi-millionaire. This nigga is talented as fuck You don't have scared like I think it's been one of the best quarterbacks in the net local ball league And they can be one of the best football players since fucking probably elementary school Like the nigga is talented. So who doesn't think talented is attractive and who doesn't think money is fucking attractive So all these niggas who are like I can't believe that Sierra could give a Russell Wilson Like what the fuck she only would then equal his money and if she was and even if it was just for his money Who gives a fuck nigga? Like at the end of the day money is attractive I'm gonna give like a motherfucker who can take care of you and you don't have to work.
You don't think that's attractive I think that people I don't know if I say people when niggas start with this like mine of like fault and rationale. I just I don't know. I just don't get in there. Um I think I think it's really I think it's really weird.
Um, right one On a not micro level of course. It's like Future versus Russell Wilson inverse opportunity to be a comparison, right? Like Russell Wilson hasn't done anything fucking wrong like the motherfucker's record spot This is the main air cream cut relative to the guy but loves Jesus like to the next level Like has never cheated on a woman that we know about But he's still being compared to future, right? It's like this is everything if you that we're Russell Wilson is now that's comparing It shouldn't be a comparison, but it is comparison because in our community you have a choice, right?
We have these boxes of people who got future future is he's like the seventh is culture, you know, I'm saying he's the that version today You know what I'm saying? But he's still an option like yeah, he makes you don't you but he's that nigga You know, I'm saying like he's he's the toxic masculinity version of what women like and if you look at the numbers more women They're like future they are Russell Wilson despite whatever propaganda is out there whatever the instagram mean says Whatever y'all lady tells you who y'all ain't in the bed at night. None of that shit fucking matters 75% of the time one was gonna choose future over Russell Wilson, but we slowed that out, right? It's like we get into the whole Why do you like when we want to be white women type of conversation, right?
And I want to piss somebody off and I'm like Why black women white women? No, I'm sorry. Why do you black me? I want to be white women, right?
I think we start to get to that conversation. I'm not going to go get white women. I'm not saying that's what black men should do But it's like in this situation People are not allowed to be themselves, right? A man needs to go and be like one specific archetype and that's future That's what you need to be and everything follows over that just be a less permissive version of future, right?
Like that's what the goal is. That's what the zenith of masculinity in our communities, right? Fuck being yourself Don't be goofy because because the April Jones and T. Diggs conversation is the same, right?
Don't be yourself Because April Jones is uh, Omarion's former elderly, right? She's like half Native American away, but she's very attractive woman And she's with T. Diggs who historically likes white women, but it's also goofy and like it's himself, right? He's somewhat of a swear also thought of as a sellout and they're like, why does she like him?
Really? Yeah, like Right, but they're together now and they're like they're actively on Instagram. They're like Dance routines the whole night, but everybody's like, why what does she see in him? You know what I'm saying?
It's like what does it matter what she sees in him? She likes him for who he is. That's all that matters But black America African American community has this fixation with You need to be like this in order for a woman of this ilk to be attracted to you You know what I'm saying? And that's toxic That's real quick.
What has future done besides right? And get women break it like we can but but they don't I don't we can never admit it. We can never admit it We can never put it on wax. We can never put it on paper But the toxic shit the future does is the same shit that make people attract it for Nobody's ever gonna admit that shit.
But that's what I'm saying. I've seen I see the big arena beep it like like who want to get into like man shit? Like I see this big a duck. Oh, we're gonna power diggers ready for speed out of it.
Throw a football 63 yards Downfield, but all right. That's what I'm saying like this is like a This this big up. You know, it's a musician. You know what I'm saying?
This other big like Think it goes to war every Sunday. You know what I'm saying? So it's crazy when they when they say and again, it is I guess it's not a masculinity It's like a cool thing like all this thing is cool. You know what I'm saying?
This big a Cool, right, but what do you think about it? You can slap whatever label on it that you want But cool is kind of pointing at toxicity right now you cool is toxic back in the day cool was being a pimp Pimp so like some of the worst people in the criminal ladder day cool is fun a bit of the coolest nigga you ever meet But it's probably also the most despicable person you ever meet but somehow toxicity and cool are linked Number based on a watch them called poll. I said 5% of women are gonna go to toxicity Sorry the cool over the Russell Wilson Because in our community in our community it does not pay one to be a square or be to be yourself And I'm gonna go to white women. I'm not a white woman.
I'm not chasing one. I'm not a fat boy white But in other communities and I'm not gonna say white white Asian or whatever They don't put as much of a priority on being an architect is be you are who the fuck you are You wear whatever sandals that you fucking wear your thumb sandals wherever the fuck it is It's fine And they may give you for your because you're rich in that community But at least you could be wherever the fuck it is if you want to be like fuck it I play I want to learn to play guitar and my white woman. She loves the fuck the way that I play the car My Asian woman. She's fine that I want to play the ukulele They're accepting of you being an individual our community has somewhat has a problem with that It's like and they get like you 30 years old you play video games like bitch I like to play video games.
Let me play the fucking game. Let me play the fucking guitar We have a problem with that and I think this is a I think this is kind of a reflection of that issue that we have It's like I was like you have to be the way we were in high school So I'd agree because I can't remember the last time I tried to be cool I think it was I think it was high school. It didn't go well Huh? Not anymore.
Like I mean that shit was dead after high school after high school. I was like I'm just gonna be myself Um and be comfortable in my own skin But that that died in high school because I was realizing like I'm not cool Like and me pretending to be a cool nigga is not gonna help me like it It made I failed several times in several embarrassing different types of situations So I respect Russell Wilson for trying to be himself I think what was being manifested most of the time because I've seen this before I mean Niggas do not be comfortable with niggas who are comfortable with themselves at all at all Niggas do not follow authenticity at all They want it. They want authenticity, but they don't fuck with it I think niggas I think they don't fuck with it because they have worked so hard to be this type of nigga that they think that women like So when the nigga who likes video games or likes fucking They're like pokemon whatever the fuck gets the bad chick they feel away because like nigga. I didn't knock myself with this law I'm saying like this thing is a business self fucking collected pokemon against the bad chick when I had to pretend like I don't like fucking pokemon this all time like it's it's way too much and I saw I can't remember who tweeted it out like They was like I've never seen Russell Wilson and Kate on the nigga ever Call that nigga because his mind is fucking business.
It's like do him and but you get all these other niggas who's like Um nigga, I don't even want to see area with this nigga It's cuz he got money like bitches don't fuck with sweat niggas unless they got money Like I said if that was the case who gives a fuck because again, we all have our fucking shallow shit that we that we fuck with You know what I'm saying? That's like they're like, I'll make it see ugly in the face But then they're gonna fuck with it because you got a big booty Yeah, and right right right like people like what they like you know, I'm saying everybody has their fucking leaver scale like they get okay I'll do this. I won't do this and if it makes one person happy who gives a fuck, you know what I'm saying like And again this big apparently so what they asked what it asks is big and like what type of kick you should be doing the bad Rounding for the Apple thing they could bottom here. It's like it was like, oh nigga I'd be chilling outside like a kitty cat and he was like what the fuck yeah, my old latest He act like he's the old woman who loves cats then the guy just come in at bitch out of all the fucking animals you know Right, and he tried to clean it up talking about when he's not dropping deep Like now you just call yourself like he can't clean it up and come back hard like you're always a drop in their dick All like the make the make it say a lying in bitch a tiger and then he goes hey, I'm a kitty That's not kitty What I got a king He could be a people and she likes to adapt straight out It's right.
I don't get what we don't get it. They can be a kitty cat. I'm just saying that you can't be the pot calling the kettle black Right, you know what I'm saying? That's all I'm saying like he so He I feel like he didn't know how to accurately articulate himself The way he was basically trying to say based on the comparison as he made was like Russell Wilson isn't edgy enough and And I think I mean I don't think it's necessary for him to say but that's a fair criticism in general not necessarily What's it was but I don't know Russell Wilson like Russell Wilson might portray this image on the field clean cut all American quarterback and be Wildest one at the house where I don't know it but like future he has more of a you know I'm on lean.
I'm on perks. I'm on whatever. I'm just partying. I'm kicking it.
I'm a playboy whatever so A lot of people do find attraction and the edge in this shit I've been accusing not being a deal of myself like it happens, but to take those point I would rather just be why You know what you get enough, right? And then if you choose to move forward from there and here I know what time it is I'm not about to put up its side and walk around like whatever to try to impress somebody because I'm not that's not who I am But you're also in the minority I think everybody's podcast is on my note in my Yeah, we see we in whatever spot we're in we'll see 30 niggas all walk in and they're all the same Like they all got the a six of the a a the same fucking coat like whatever Like it's like there's a manual and you think it's all with the fucking same all walk when I see anything with a six or a A my fucking radar my antenna go up like this This nigga right here is in the manual you know I'm saying it's like they all are the same cookie cutter nigga because like we've already said they think that's what she like It's like we lose individuality and I think that's very unique to our community Or or or they'll say oh to check down me out or whatever the case might be but do you layer with me? You put up a a a talking on this money make and what kind of clear see you got and what can I actually live in now? I mean Maybe you didn't like you but I Made a hundred fifty thousand on the other probably thought with him a little bit.
You know I'm saying because it's I mean it's multiple layers to like a cover but Once you get to a certain age and all of that you kind of like okay Maybe this is a little bit too ambitious or whatever and if you have some other gold that you're trying to achieve then you will Take a step back on certain stuff potentially. I mean, I don't know it's on a case by basis but that I feel like definitely He's just like you don't go from hyper that it can speak like in future He sells drugs those drugs and rough and tough and this and that to Russell Wilson button up every Sunday goes and you know Plays the game and starts all his interviews with I want to take my loan and say my Jesus Christ He just saying that's a big gap, but he started standing a little bit and what it really could be people out He probably got a crush on future. Whatever. No, he probably got a crush on Sierra that's probably what it is.
I'm like damn. It's my fucking guy Was you know, you know I'm saying that's probably just hey, but you're pulling a good red though five seconds It's like women that all the time women women will fuck with both sides of the spectrum But a lot of will go from a drug dealer to a pastor. It's like Yeah, it's like whoa, how do we give you I mean we've been at with literally with Megan good. Yeah, absolutely She's going back to the future world, but that's fine.
My thing is Like is Sierra didn't necessarily like make some sort of evolution I guess you can say she did always like what was her prayer like she just got with a nigga She like I think we tried to make some shit. That's not complicated very very complicated indeed. It's not deep Really like her and she like the niggas and you happen to be At that point in her life, right because he dated Bow Wow At what point in her life she dated 50 sit at one point in her life She dated you said one point in her life and at this point in her life. She wants to make it like Russell Wilson You know, maybe she's like I'm fatter rapper without an industry guy.
You know, I'm saying like it could be some overlap I think that we don't even know about this can change and What you being important can change right so like if you were in your twin and you like me, I just want me a Bandit, you know what let's take me for example, right? I think that a lot of people they were like in the gummy is like negative like all have you know You wait about body count right like in your twenties something like As you get to your 30s your 40s that's awesome Right at this one is like my chicken my chicken That's me in my 40s, you know what I'm saying and so it's just one of those things It's like you can't like what you like in a partner and you know I'm saying because with every relationship you have you find out more about what you like with this like, you know I'm saying it's like with food like oh, I think it is it way too cream. There's it's too wetterness to salt Like you started we go with drinks again. We can talk about fucking cocktails like I don't like I don't like too many Bitter's and I said to sweet I like you know I'm saying like you get to a literal sweet spot when you're like, okay This is what I like about cocktail.
I don't want it to fruity. I don't want it to bitter like make it like if you get Between right here right here. I'm only doing my pocket and that's same with people and that shit can change over time I have a little time out early nigga. I didn't drink but that long pocket.
I didn't drink fucking nanny I gotta make a truck from three weeks ago and it's just tastes like hot And I'm actually not a bad beer as long as cold as fuck that right It's a bit of a struck that was like oh, so big you got somebody I say it tastes like I still drink it And I feel enjoyed their fix but they get you can pay me to do that shit right first off first off in I apologize Only a drink of drink is gonna work. You know, so you gotta be a drink of like that should come out of free I'm a drink that bitch anyway, I applaud you sir but it's just it's just a and another thing that we do right and Take another personal experience is that motherfuckers get way too Invested in other people's relationships, right? I had one of my home boys right when my clothes closed home boys I think it's in my wedding he hit me up this weekend. It was like man.
I Just want to hit you up man. It took me a long time to like just like talk to you. What's going on? I didn't know the divorce was final, right?
I'm like, oh, yeah, man It's gonna be a fake work a lot of loud cool whatever. It's like man. I just want to know like Tell about the separation man. They like really fuck with you like this big is like serious I was like what's up to him.
He's like man. He's like um Like after her because I like separated. He's like man. I wasn't sure like I ever wanted to get married I'm like damn.
He's like yeah, man. He was like Just because Like I got a lot of single home Well, I had a lot of single home boys. So they look at my relationships like, you know, that's what I want You know, I'm saying me and her really good friends. We go out together.
We do share We even had a lot of city conning So to a lot of people we were goals, right? No, we're the point. No, we're right. So to the point that when it started to When it was starting to crack and I saw it going that way and I like I like Telling it, you know what I'm saying?
Because I don't know how it was in my relationship So man, we talked and like I tried to tell him I was like, you know, like me and her still cool It went no big thing, but like just time, you know what I'm saying time of do time can be the Makes you better makes it worse. You know what I'm saying? Like I told him like when I said we just had a like a small Infection that we didn't take care of you know what I'm saying? You get some shit infected be your fucking pinky finger You don't take care of that shit at the at the beginning that you can't your brain to your whole body You end up having to cut a limb off and I said and that's kind of where it got to you know We talked about this on the divorce episode one day, but I just you know, I just let him know like like don't let what happened to me affect what might happen to you I said I would never I would never I don't regret You know what I'm saying?
I'm like being married was the best thing to make me into the man thing in the day You know what I'm saying? And I was like I get married again It's you know what I'm saying? It's one of those things like I feel like you become your best man when you do it So just talking to him and you know, we've got but this is like what my best friends and it's just like two years to talk to Be about this shit. You know what I'm saying?
So that's just it's just it's just crazy how One thing just out me and don't talk to each other the right way That's all I guess but just to just how like a monthly invested people get into like other people's relationships and like Everybody's Relationship is so like fucking not fickle, but they can just change which is one of two little things or you're dancing The fucking needle man everybody's relationship is dancing on the hand of a fucking needle and it's like right any given time Anybody just motherfuckers think everybody always we talk about this on the right everybody always focuses on the dishes Like chores, you know, and cheating right that's always the shit and I'm like You've never been in a long-term relationship this shit dances on a penalty needle all the time And that's not the shit that really sinks the ship other little shit Like I said those little infections, you know saying that's the shit that like seems in its money you know Values or somebody just become a new person I guess it's a long time what you do when a person wakes up on a Wednesday and no longer is the person that they were On Tuesday what the fuck do you do with that? It actually happens it has nothing that sometimes it has nothing to do with you You're doing wrong even cheating anybody you didn't blow the fuck more than money She just woke up on a fucking Wednesday and was a new person and that person is a long-term cat about you And it's like fuck me you do and that's marriage You hope you pray yeah, you hope and you pray my pastor told me marriage is nothing but falling out of love and falling back in love With the same person if you're married over and over and over again if you die, right? But many times half time by the marriage Country people change and they will not fall back in love with the new person that that person is but And that's no fault my people look at marriages past failed for the thing like damn I got it over as well It was a fucked up situation doesn't even fuck those situations just you guys are no longer who you were when you got together And it just doesn't it's not what it is anymore you're different people and maybe you were future and now she needs a rest of us Or maybe you were a rest of us and I think the future that's just what the fuck this it is But relationships are so complicated so complicated and that's what people like when as soon as soon as I get into a conversation on Facebook And they start talking that dishes shit and works your workshare shit and Cheatin shit already know your full ship. They've never been in a long term.
Let's but nothing know what really six ships I'm not gonna do it before she can talk Question so going like so we talked about like the difficulty the nuance and all the the details like all the details are involved in our Relationship is managing relationship. Why do you think people get so invested in something that's so complex? Because they don't know it's complex what he said his ignorance is bliss like you see two motherfuckers on Instagram and they In Greece and and and Jamaica and they feed each other strawberries and fucking Kiwis and you just don't know I think that so when when various people here somebody got a divorce They're never shot and they always understand it be seen Understand divorce right and I think that's just one of those things same thing with like Like people that don't have to it's hard to talk to a mother who's never parent is about parenting You know what I'm saying like you can kind of like I think they said like you don't know love it You have a child you know I'm saying and I don't have a child so I can only imagine I'm dog that I'm still not over that shit I can only imagine if you lose a fucking child you know I'm saying and and again and that's That ignorance is listening like I don't have to worry about you know I'm saying like I can only up Like I said somebody said like having a child is like watching your where heart is sold or whether Leave every day and praying and mother come back. I know the saying I don't know but yeah, but anyway But it's like losing your heart every day when they leave you know I'm saying because you don't know What's gonna happen you know I'm saying it so I think it's just one of those things like people want what they don't know You know I'm saying like motherfuckers a look at them on Instagram be like half-hand I got a great body or you know I'm saying like that yeah You know that motherfucker eating fucking unseason chicken and broccoli all day every day Why you ain't burrito fucking tacos you know I'm saying why you sipping crown on a podcast like it's one of those things you know But it look good.
You know I'm saying like it's a good thing to work And it's like everybody who's married in a long-term relationship knows that their relationship is perfect No, I never thought my relationship Nobody nobody has a high number all how sweet this shit is because you know you somewhat know the holes in your relationship You know the pitfalls you know who holds the nukes and what the nukes are and at any given time is Russia versus United States Let me not start World War three But you look at other relationships. It's like they have a piece of their relationship That we don't have you know I'm saying like you're making a perfect relationship It's like they're the cool. They're the cool husband and wife. You know I'm saying like they're like best friends or whatever It's like I wish we had a piece of that.
You know it's not let's do that. It's not I want that But it's like it's like we should incorporate more of what they're doing into what we're doing because they have a level of Fun and appreciation that we don't have you know say that's cool. That's hot We both like that and then when you see that divorce happened is like It's like that was it's like it's like your favorite. It's not when your favorite shows going off the air Right down right.
I like that show like that was a good show. You know saying it's sad to see that show go Why did they cancel that fucking show that was one of the best shows on TV? Right especially when they canceled the show Oh, they got that just out of game. You know get some fucking ground like it's one of those things, but You know it made me think of I mean I would just to go back to where we were it makes me I was wondering if I paid on Russell Wilson so much sincere so much for what you all said kind of put together for me Is it because they can see the pieces in their relationship?
That they don't have or don't Necessarily want to work on and it breeds some level of insecurity all the above they see a person in Russell Wilson who is authentic in himself That it touches on a lot of insecurity. I'm gonna say right now. I'm gonna talk about black like black white Asian or whatever I would say 75% of the people on this planet are insecure in who they are They are not confident in just going out and being who the hell they are and I'm gonna talk about this like regular I'm gonna like I'm a geek. I enjoy keep shit.
This is what it is You know I'm saying like ugly women or whatever it is like whatever you insist like nobody's most people when I stand on Amount and be there and I'm saying Russell Wilson has done that so there's already an insecurity there And then you get to the actual relationship aspect of it and it's like they are openly Affectionate he is effusive in his praise for his woman. He basically begged her to have another baby for him and Also, that's none of our fucking business, but that makes me uncomfortable because that's not something we would never do I would not do I would not get down on one of these little proposals on my wife to have another baby with you That's not something that I would do but I'm not offended by it Better offended by that right so everything that Sierra and Russell do that are unorthodox right outside of the box He leads in our community makes people uncomfortable in the natural human response to discomfort is to ridicule It's not too. I don't understand it's gonna be the shit fuck alone It's all that bullshit. He'll never fucking off.
You know what I'm saying? No matter how toxic that future is And how much she's on bullshit or how much you would not want your daughter to be with future You have your higher level of comfort with the toxicity than you do with what's almost here So you will side with the process because that's it easier easier. It's much easier It's like I know me god. I mean I know this is bad for me, but I know what to get there I know what the order off the menu.
It's gonna fuck up my shit But it's a large fry and two cheeseburgers running right and then when they when they open up a Beat juice place. I don't know shit about me I'm gonna go in there uncomfortable even though it's better for you, but I mean I think that's but that's like you know I've seen some shit. It was like, you know, like Comfort will kill you. You know what I'm saying?
Like because that's all you know that doesn't mean that's the best shit for you But that's me, but basically you hope people learn that So I gotta stop with a lot of it. So here's the problem women men set the market women drive the market Men can't learn unless women takes them a lesson So women are not teaching the lesson that you should be who you are You should be authentic and that is going to promote the best relationship men will never learn No, that's what you are. That's that's that's again. That's way too deep people won't be themselves That's just you ask it a woman's not gonna ask a man to be themselves or accept a man to be themselves If they're not accepting of themselves who we have a whole fucking filter issue a filter Is worse than the fucking coronavirus that women can't post shit that look like it and they pass it down I'm gonna check his week.
She got a filter on she brought her daughter in the fucking face daughter baby, but now the little girl looks at herself in a filter and now that she's falling in love with how she looks at In a filter. So that shit is a cancer that's being sprayed. So being yourself is easy to say harder to fucking do it Right, but but we just talked about this whole marriage thing and deterioration and shit I will also listen to shit you can only be in a relationship so long not being your often That's the fucking truth. No, no, you can you don't you know why you can only be in it for so long because eventually You would even become unhappy other person Because you're gonna resent other motherfucker because you're an addict right absolutely and I got a home Very much I've heard about that shit like she's a conformist in relationships, right?
And everybody is a certain point but not enough way to give up a PC and especially coming out of Relationships out of the boys long-term relationship You should have learned like the forming isn't going to make you happy like if you like a motherfucker It's pretty about it is what it is. So What you like it is what it is? So like a lot of people they'll ask about previous Oh, yeah, my last boyfriend my last girlfriend Yes, why I see they cook chicken they did this you know They and that's like you don't like to make a nigga plate and every time you make a nigga plate you feel like fucking way, right? So you just started off with like I don't make this place.
Yes, right? If that's what you expect it that's not what you like to do. That's just like I work and fuck it up like it's just fucking language That's just communication so so many motherfuckers It is I've noticed this more so from my single women called girls They'll try to Be who they think? Niggas like and niggas are trash so they like trash it so they like all types of I'm gonna say I'm gonna take it back.
We're gonna talk about self-talk Things are not trash, but we've been and such a besides in this society and the great ones patriarchy all that shit where On both sides we have to learn some shit You know what I'm saying at the end of the day is all about what makes you happy and what makes me happy and do those both of those Happies can they come together as one and we'd be happy together because I don't want to do shit I don't want to do you don't want to do you know So you can't let us they bleed over neither this way boy. Don't accept right where the seat off. We say can't force your shit on somebody else Right the field for sure. You like you listen to the podcast for a minute.
I don't know I mean Know sometimes you like everybody on the podcast with this like eventually like listen to Yeah Yeah, no for sure, I mean Those right on well My final thoughts on this before we go into this is I think Said that shit to get ratings for the podcast because he says and we should every episode I hope you don't yeah, that's the job. I mean this week. So called out. Yeah, we get behind I mean if you just look at it look at our pockets and just just they don't even talk to the words No, I was about to go to juxtapose.
I was just I had another thought that was mixing in a video I don't do a saying so you have you have different roles on the podcast and we know so Fred Taylor is very much five stacks Like no because he's not about to say any inflammatory shit He's a hundred percent logic and what makes sense like I don't even thought what y'all talking about ratings about the show I'm gonna let me tell you what the fuck I did last weekend all this fucking fish sandwiches This is the way the shit is and that's very much free. Yeah, definitely be too good Fred is a man of very few words, but what he says is poignant This is how he feels and then Shady goes talk about acting like a cat You know saying like that's it's a show. You know saying I get you know saying I try to keep that in perspective So who's Shannon? I would probably we would be a mix of Shannon depending on what we're talking about I'm in the France those with it J Joe and wood there's something that's inflammatory is probably about to come from one of us But if there's something that's weird, right and awkward.
It's coming from chef. That's chef So Channing is probably a combination of All three of us depending on what the fuck he's talking about in a year the week Let's make those a little bit too far. He said that I was right where he gets what's fine this week and call him at that I'm just a strange, but it's not a show by Channing. Let's talk about the next topic Let's go to the start my nigga's wanting attention and going into Paul Patton making some fried chicken So we saw the post all the patent She was big actress back in 2010s And she made a c-list she was you a B list But she got with the white self She was like fine.
She didn't like what's when I have a saying she might have got a little bit more clout I remember a little Wayne mentioned in the song Further down I could be listed but I'm saying at least that's the only reason I even know a name It's a little way that's the only reason she wasn't that bad marriage movie We're gonna do with a boat with a boat with a boat The boat blew up in the nose You know in Denzel's like mama bullshit was in 2010 But yeah, so she I didn't see Paul Patton since she divorced Robin thick and honest I thought she was done. I thought she was gonna be like a civilian, but she made a video now I'm having context around that. I'm literally trying to a rebrand to be like a what's called it. Let's Steph Curry boy Maybe they like skin.
What do you know how you're like skin women? Trying to try chicken what why I sure think I didn't want a business. No, everybody gets on me about shit But I didn't understand why I was happening anyway, but she says she wanted to show her mother's on the dark She can her fried chicken. It's like so brown skin and to dark skin women like to show that they are fine There your lights can win like I'm bad type of situation with the sea brown and darker And then I see women like to prove that they're Better cooks or something like I'm not just a pretty face.
I don't know what the fuck it is just weird Because She had like so blue sundaes Oh Travis Barker Seasoning the grease which I've never seen that's the issue that's the issue But she didn't season the chicken but not the biggest you to me was the chicken wasn't done like for a crease or two I that's chicken wasn't done. Yep. I See it all the way to the end, but I will say this I Remember once upon a time like one of my high school classmates when you see us when to visit and this girl was like she puts And I am in the grease while I was chicken frying or whatever I guess whatever it was chicken that day and they like supposedly gives us some flavor or something So I feel like maybe people do this where she loves me at was with this weirdo as method She had she didn't season both sides like It probably would be my preferred method, but I feel like she would make sure where issues in both sides In no in no cooking culinary technique. Do we not include a binder to protein to apply seasonings?
Whether that's salmon with a little bit of olive oil Or that's barbecue with mustard whether that's fried chicken with buttermilk or egg wash We do not apply seasoning directly to protein in hope of Sticking that does it's a steak steak steak. Well, I apply oil to steak and steak also I said a steak then applies softer for garlic and then cook the steak but steak also has the my own Woman is gonna come out as well. That's also gonna help by Have you ever used black? I have not I Mean from a technique standpoint there were so many things that were wrong with this I mean at no point outside for pulling out chicken and say I'm gonna fry chicken where we impressed with The iterations of what the fuck she was going with but I mean I got I mean the larger questions Well, why did we outside for trash?
It was trash. Just anybody was to do why why did we need to do this? Why did this light light skin high yellow woman need to come out and like she even like trying to pull a southern accent out of her back pocket And talk about her mother and this recipe. Why does she feel the need to do that?
Why do other like? Okay, this is my question. What we wouldn't we wouldn't have this issue if this was fucking Jess hilarious Just flourishes. Yeah, of course brown skin for Baltimore, right?
We would never say that just hilarious looks like she no Interfractic right. This is not a conversation with just marriage Right because you say just hilarious looks like you fried chicken. So if you are a woman of fair skin You automatically don't look like you fried chicken It's like well, I'm being women with a little lip and they flop under the lip and they flop the process We'll let it make great like oh, so that's so so so so let me ask you this question No, I'm not about to ask you that I'm asking you so why this is a woman So we've all heard this all we want to heard this before it's not that I can't because I don't It's like why does why is it a woman thing? There was like I have to be attached in some form of fashion to knowing how to cook to be an Authentic woman I would say like whatever the fucking is just like Paula Patton doesn't need to know how to cook to still be Paula Pat she's no bad without knowing how to cook fried chicken But why does she need to do that?
Why does Kim Kardashian in all of her glory? Whatever, I'm not first of all I'm not a condition fan I don't know if it's that attractive but all her glory for two predation Why does she need to do Chuck and Josh to say she knows how to make fried chicken? Why doesn't always come back to I may be a bad bitch, but I still know how to cook fried chicken and do like it was aren't you like Why what is that what is that? It's the same thing is the future conversation where Men are expected to have some level of toxicity why women are expected to be domestic to some degree?
But we're at a time where all that shit is no longer necessary like there there are kayaks thoughts like I mean personally I would I think it's I think it'd be like I don't need one because I could cook pretty I'm pretty decent in the kitchen But it's cool. It's cool to see but but the thing is if you can't cook It's not gonna make somebody sick But yeah, I think it's all so two issues we have colorism and Patriarch patriarchy I guess I think that's just it's one of those things that get passed out and It's not always passed down by me and it's passed down by women You know I'm saying like the best way I think about some of them the best way to manage artists was stomach X Y and Z blah blah, but it's also come from like The past you know say it's like darker years. So like I think every I know me what me watch it I mean even thousand it would I think we were the we could more not household on about sample But you just say that I thought you did to but maybe just I think we 40% you could more you know So right so it's not one of those things that Man are dependent on you know I'm saying or that any evolved man is going to look for you know I mean look for it. You know I'm saying it's always cool Like a negative or no a good meal right?
But I think it's just one of those things that like as a woman you should be able to cook You know saying just like as a man you should be able to do some other things which it's so hard so I'm actually I grew up in a Woman who had a cook is the chef's kiss. I'll say like you don't need it right, but you don't need it You don't need it It's like when you buy a car and it's like you have these cars now where the little speed limit is on the windshield Like it's on the hood like it's like a chef's kiss. It's like that's what you're gonna do on the pad But I'm driven the car with that right like that Like no, but when you see that you're like I don't need this shit Like this shit was a great car without this shit, but it's a chef's kiss It's like I appreciate it car who has this now and I don't know if that's what the fucking shit is because none of us We are one of the cooks we all look not of us four niggas right and I think that we do this on the podcast And I think we should probably apologize that right we aren't average niggas not to pat ourselves on the ass And you know I'm saying a patty go to the ass But it's niggas out there Right or I have told it not to learn how to cook because somebody told them that all you didn't get the woman who could cook You know saying like you go do as ynz you come on to Hot deal every day, you know, I'm saying it's one of those things like we aren't evolved enough to be like I need to know how to make a fucking breakfast if I need to you know I'm saying like And one of the group was like yeah, I mean, it's all cool But like something I think is can't like scrambled and ate you know, I'm saying so I think that sometimes we talk about a place of like evolution But like some some women get what they get some really can't cook or who can't watch those or who can't Yeah, I don't know how to tell you what I mean I just died damn that's your fault, but I can't go to the previous fault though right about I think a previous point about You got to drive, you know drive the energy drive, but I feel like I feel like men are more aware of their faults, right? It's like I can't fight in the game, but I can shoot straight Right.
I can't I can't float but I can put it right and it's like men are gonna men are going to supplement on way They're not proficient, but it's like Paula Patton's like you didn't need to do that You went straight to cooking fried chicken based on your mother's recipe, which is trash. There's a level There's a level I don't think women understand there's a level under cooking called warming shit up And warming shit up is just as appreciated as cooking look here You may not be able to fucking cook but business a whole rotation chicken at the Walmart at the public's at the motherfucking wagmans Whatever goes through with me, you go put that shit with some fucking glory greens or sweat So yellow rice warmness should ever bring this in home. It's not it's not the technique in the proficiency It's the act of making sure that these motherfuckers is fed. That's the mission.
That's the job for stop And my thing is don't go from zero to French Yeah Those things that I have tried to tackle yet Shout out to air fryer. I don't know if you're writing a breath. I don't know where you're not like fried chicken or you I haven't tried my hand at it. It's like I can I do a lot of things on the grill, but I've never tried my hand at ribs You know I'm saying it's just one of those things I haven't tackled Um, I don't know if I agree Right, but like I don't want to drink my weaknesses.
That's a lot of weaknesses other than that's right But I also know that fried chicken just it is easy as seasoning the grease, you know I'm saying like To some people they might have learned from their mom and mom taught him the right way my mom fried chicken too It's just one of those things I was like, well, you know and I don't cry foods like that You know what I'm saying, but what day I learned just because I need it's something to be my utility bill Like I want some fried chicken for it. I should be able to do it, but I wouldn't expect that from somebody I don't expect it from up. I just don't expect it myself. Yeah, I mean, that's another pull to the point Well, um, guys, be do you apologize?
You know relationship, I thought you were trying to pull somebody but she's trying to do something she's fishing She's fishing for attention. I think And she got it. I mean everybody's you talking about everybody talking about the fact that she can't cook chicken Um, but that's in the day. What kind of goofy words are you?
Half of the people who are commenting about her not being a refraction can also not Right. I will admit You it is a skill and I still have a master frying chicken I don't even know I don't know like right now Some people I would be like oh yeah, let me call the brison chicken that is under the age of 60 There's a technique the easiest shit to cook is always the shit that requires that meat most 90 percent of motherfuckers thinking how to scramble eggs And he's like you got that wrong, you know, there's a technique to the simple shit All right, so it's like a blizzard. Hey, she comes first Check it out. Oh, yeah, but I guess a book Yes, well, she comes first.
It's a sex therapist that teaches nuances of female anatomy and how to eat this There was a video like a real floating around. I might have said it. I don't know But basically it was like a little diagram of the ginormous. I know that where the click I saw that Was very graphic with the pussy like they was like this is how you do it young man.
So I don't understand what's up with niggas No, but they did the close up though in the fact that they did have here almost made you more involved in trying to look at the cursory details Like I was like, okay, what is it? Look like Speaking of carter the red carpet was full of stars at the 2022 Grammys It was kind of nasty. I'm a little bit of a corporate the red carpet about Ray Ray That's dark. It was we're on a way to a tour episode That's cool Can we skip right to what the fucking john baptis?
Can we just get to that part? Yeah, sure so job at least John baptis won everything Out of the years you want you want you didn't want out of the year you want this Video you want a lot of shit. Yeah, so john baptis is the um grade director to ban leader for the um the late show featuring steven cold There so that's why I do them from also he's a very well-known and talented jazz musician In jazz circles big in jazz circles as these has a grammys for jazz With juliar big-time artists in the wrongs very well-known those circles Um from from a jazz perspective like came up from the Ellis and Marcellus when Marcellus school So he's in that he's with those people. He's a big deal as far as being a virtual musician for sure Yes These are the three stuffy grab and I thought it was like Just think of the beast because he's eating That's how the crazy is up here too.
Not the deal people. The deal people name it's negative. He's just so hard That's what you need to ask One the one like six grammys that um on grammy night. I listen to the album Because he this album is considered an r&b slash rap album crazy So I listen to the album and I didn't like it.
It sounded like a bunch of um It was too happy It gave me the feeling of something that you would hear at a at a business conference opening music at a song called freedom Just happy happy Not really a fan of happy music that's not made for black consumption is made for white focus And so because they'll get you a grandkids get you six grammys. Um, but yeah, I wasn't a fan of it I'll surprise them once on the grammy time. I guess it just shows what we kind of already knew that the grammys is not really about the best music It's about what white people like the most Right so my biggest issue with the grammys was that they didn't show The grammy for best rap album Um, which is dope which was had to be intentional rap is the number one genre of music right now And for you not to show who won the best rap album was like an intentional thumbs that thumbs up Middle finger to all these niggas talk about like we need to have our own fucking grammys like the dame dash is and all the people Who good boy kind of grammys and saying that we don't need a um, how did the creator win it for his album? I think that he deserved win it and all the albums that were nominated Um, yes, I mean something's got to give shut out to uh the batteries niggas out from the waters You know what I'm saying?
Hopefully today's price is more than yesterday's price. Um, but my thing is Uh, besides that old rap hits it. Um, what we gonna do with Meg once we find out that Because like she gave out the like awards and she's still like Like the rap women darling of like the beauty music industry. You know what I'm saying?
Um What do you think's gonna happen to Meg once it comes out that just negative shoot because it looks like all signs of voice And it was a it was a ex-beth friend wait, wait, he didn't hear you So this thing it just went to this thing just got locked up for a body incubation because he was on instagram just on about Whatever somebody was fucking two best friends And that's what happened and like he was a pilot drive and that she got shot in that but that was still a violation of What is it? Even a gag with what when mama can't come 15 feet from me. What's that song? We're straining audio So it's been not conclusive that it's negative like About like fingerprints on the gun or the magazine But apparently there's been gun residue on his home girls on the home girls hand or whatever That's probably gonna come out.
It's like all everything's pulling towards Um, it was it was her friend. So that does come out city boys. How much now? Yes, I mean, are we protected black man?
Is it just gonna be? Or is it just gonna be like You didn't know about it was here, but I said I make it only just gonna get swept under the work and like she's still america's darling That's just hell gonna be swept under the rug, but I know she had like all these um like she's putting out a what they call it a documentary about her size of story That's supposed to come out and I think it's really just a PR moves I think she's like a deal with Netflix to develop like documentaries and content But the shit ain't coming from Netflix on the third party. You know what she tried? Hmm I need a bag of I mean, I think I think I'm fine I still don't think I'm buddy gonna be fine all the way.
I mean he's in jail right now because he mentioned her name But he had I mean, but that was like what 350 is on like a stupid like I got paid for saying that 35 grand You got that I mean But if it wasn't him, I'll be happy because I think that's not supporting me about each other And I think it makes fire as music so if it wasn't him, let's prank party to see back up But I think makes me has to have some repercussions for her actions Or she knows her homegirl shot her and then reiterated several times protect black women. Don't don't shoot you You got to determine something else. Listen. Listen the whole tab say go that a dang on that a live we'll get enough Backlash from them Vegas.
Oh, we'll see I think I take with with with money See I see I see here. I think it's your boy. He was he about to say some bullshit. You're right You rock with this this far on the podcast.

So that's a conversation we already have with all the respect with the case sometimes I need to say it with a t it ain't a t It's a k I was just too sports radio as I do from time to time and They were just talking about how America is in this bubble, right? Um That we think that the number one athlete is american whether that's LeBron James Michael Jordan.
We think the number one entertainers are from america that Um, either that's Beyonce or like in Michael Jackson and Prince when that's not the case Um, when you leave america, you realize that like, mmm That's just some american bias right there. That's our own little bubble when you talk about like ronaldo messy Like soccer is the biggest sport in the world. You can go anywhere in the world and talk about the premier league I think they're talking about it would be like three or four americans in the premier league and that's because we're saying our We don't stand but we um We kind of push our best athletes into football Basketball we would say baseball, but soccer is the number one sport of the world and you can go anywhere and talk about it Same when it comes to our entertainers like we talk about Beyonce but these little BTS niggas or whatever the fuck BTS. Yeah, then motherfuckers do numbers numbers.
You know what i'm saying? Like these niggas uh, shit Don't be honest these numbers, but it's just one of those things about being in a bubble So i was talking to one of my home girls, uh, shawty ain't shawty ain't shawty ain't no She'd like to be shouted out anyway, um And she had posted something about A lot of us as black people are the first ones to come out of Um, I'm not saying like a poverty situation where our parents were just you know struggling trying to get by You know, I'm saying first ones to graduate from college first ones to make a decent amount of money, you know what i'm saying? And I was talking to her because she had posted something to women was just talking about it and how like when you come from Uh, those kind of humble means that you're equipped with one way of thinking So once you graduate from school college post college degrees, whatever you need a different set of tools that you might not have so You're out here ill equipped to deal with But some shit easiest taxes, you know i'm saying is it some shit as actually having a mortgage, you know, a lot of motherfuckers grew up in apartments You know what i'm saying? So we're just talking about that and she described it.
She said that well chanda rhymes had something that she called Uh, f-o-d which is first only different where a lot of us are having these first experiences Uh, some shit that only we have experiences and differ from anything else that Um, your friends or family has dealt with And not just not to be long winded. Um, just something not advice But one of the best things that I did was go to wait to school, right? Um, so at this age a lot of us have kids that are Um in high school or might be getting to the point where they're choosing colleges, you know what i'm saying? And once you leave the city that you lived in You see a whole new world like when I got the fan I was like, oh man, nigga from DC dress like this And nigga from jacks of veals say do wall niggas from indiana Rob niggas, um, so it was just one of those things like you just your mind is open to new things It's just music, clothes, food, people like I said, my roommate was Haitian Um And all I knew about Haitians is what they showed on the news, you know what i'm saying?
Which isn't favorable, you know what i'm saying? So I met him and I said, okay, you know what i'm saying? Then I met lyskin Haitians from New York like that, that, they have lyskin Haitians like it was a really a whole new world Nigga's introduced me to concept but that's a whole mother's story Um, and then once you bust that bubble, right? Then once you leave the country that's a whole nother bubble, right?
So Once you leave the country for the first time you're like, okay, well I'm more american than black in some countries, right? And that's how they look at you like, oh, okay You ain't a nigga, you're american, so that means you got a little money on you, you know what i'm saying? Like, let me talk to you like you have money. It's just a different experience So I what I've what I've seen and I like to see I see a lot of people that I know By taking their children out of the country to experiencing things So If you're able to do that do that and you know if Don't try to pressure your kids to stay home for school let them experience life with all due respect All due respect um Over the past two or three weeks I've noticed a lot of a lot of friends and friends of friends have been talking about how they they're going back into the office for work If we've learned anything during the pandemic You don't have to be in office to work So I'm wondering what these companies are thinking when they they're forcing workers to change their way of life that they've kind of adapted to out of necessity And built into a level of comfort over the past two years to come back into something that's really unnecessary And not really even safe.
We're still going through the pandemic people are still getting caught with people still getting sick It's not necessarily the best situation in my opinion. It'll never be the best situation It's a being an office setting I think it's time for the country to start pivoting and start making changes towards how people Work in adapting to individual ways of work, but that comes down to the corporations that we support in working Um, I know for me. I don't have to go back to an office I was told I was told a long time ago. This is always going to be pretty much optional If you want to be in office that's cool if you want to talk to a client and be around them and fly them That's up to you if you want to you don't have to Um, and I like that um, but in general when we're living in a world where we're starting to get used to being around our children A lot more being around our family a lot more and and and having children are more developed in that way and focusing on that We need to change our minds and focus on family more than just the day-to-day grind to work because that should hang on over Um, I'm not gonna I don't tell nobody what to do, but friends.
I mean, I know I know how y'all feel. You don't want to be at work You don't want to be in your offices. Um, just know you have an option All y'all are talented not to do something else probably get more money and working away that that fits your needs um in a more immediate way, so Make that move if you need to I support you with other respect I'll do respect. Uh, a lot of times, you know, we pray and we ask for blessings and we see somebody get something like I make Blends somebody getting in the car in the house, whatever and all that could be true But sometimes I think we should just stop and smell the roses even with smaller things that may not Be as mainstream like for example, you can probably tell like I'm gonna nasally like I wasn't feeling well today and A couple of my early meetings got canceled and a couple of other meetings got pushed back and combined so I really was able to try to like get myself together until like two o'clock instead of having to jump out of bed first Name is more than anything out and that In and of itself with a blessing like I didn't get no money Nothing happened, but just the fact that my schedule all of a sudden became favorable So, uh, just something to think about sometimes, you know, it might not always be anything that's a like tangible per se or You know, you're not gonna be walking on street in front of breakex with 10 000 I live in it necessarily, but Just uh enjoy the little small victories and favors that you gain without respect Without respect, um life is more than Getting to a bag Getting niggas getting bitches um scamming Your business so on and so forth, right?
Um, I I guess we're all of an age where we start to become more of ourselves, right? No matter what time you started that journey. So I want to be more like me, right? Whatever that means, right?
You start to appreciate things that don't necessarily have as much monetary value or spoke on it in the podcast Or that's learning to play guitar or learning to speak a language or whatever, right? You realize that your life is finite, right? And there's things that you want to do before you leave this earth, even though we're not we're hopeful that we're not going to die Tomorrow, but there are things that we want to do, right? But um, my wife recently left DC government to the DC government employee for about a decade And she's not going to print short-county government doing much the same work, um, just to sell on a bigger scale But so many people poured into her and like came out and traveled to like say goodbye to her and sent her off And nobody, it felt a lot like a retirement too.
I was like, hey, you're not retired from work or you're just changing jobs But it felt a lot like a retirement And most of the things that people had to say about her Had nothing to do with how much money she made, how she got to a bag Like how she was like this boss bitch, whatever, so on and so forth. It was about how she touched their lives How she helped them, how she made them better people, how she made them better employees, you know How did she change their mindset on the way this thing works whether it was in the office or out of the office Um, and it brings to the point that when we leave this earth or when we're stopped working I want people to talk about me the same way they talked about my wife And that comes to what you did to pour back into other people What did you get back? Who did you help? Who did you help climb that ladder success?
Who did you give an opportunity to that didn't necessarily deserve it? Who did you qualify that wasn't necessarily qualified? You know what I'm saying? Those are the things and those are the people that are going to come and advocate for you When you're 60, 70, 80 years old and you're like, I'm done working or whatever Those are people that are coming blue who cry for you right and say, I this motherfucker made me who I am And there's no value.
There's no dollar amount that you can put on that type of testimony Yeah, okay, you got to the bag, you have some NFTs or whatever the fucking insta-shaw are doing now That's great, but there's no dollar amount that you can put on the human experience And we should all be pouring back, especially black people We should all be pouring back into the human experience Take these young boys, take the young women or whatever and help build them up and make them You know, change their minds and make them better people, make them better employees Those are the things that are going to fulfill you and sustain you and when they do put your body into this cold earth Those are the things you're going to remember and those are the things that are going to make you whole It's not going to be how much money you made. I've been to a lot of retirement ceremonies Like, um, retirement's are going to be a good military And my mom plans a lot of those retirements. I've been to more retirements than I can But I can count Never at any retirement has anybody talked about how much money anybody has made No, like cares And no retirement does anybody care about how many pictures you fuck how many niggas you fuck Um, what city you're from You know, where you hailed from? It's all about what value you gave back So as you're going through this thing called life, just keep that in perspective, you know, I'm saying like Yes, we should all be out here to try to prosper.
We should be trying to make build businesses Be good corporate employees and try to you know climb this ladder, right? But ultimately that doesn't matter what what economy ladders give back create value But understand what the value is the value isn't in the money the value is in the work the values and giving back So climb but get back and do it often the same way you network to make more money Network to give back Don't just network to make money, but not network to get back. No, these little Non-profits and stuff like that that have all this money that they're getting and they have grants and they have all these great things You need to be speaking at those events You need to be networking with those people just as much you're networking with the people who are writing the checks You need to be saying how can I come and speak to these young people and help them? That is what we are here for Because when they put you in this earth, they're not going to talk about the money.
They're going to talk about what you gave back Remember that be good people be good citizens be good stewards of the next generation without respect
