Target shares post one of their best daily performances on record, after the firm notches its biggest earnings beat in two and a half years and sells down inventory – while traders eye Macy's and Walmart earnings out today. Siemens reports record sales growth for the full year, but cautions that revenues will slow in 2024. And, the U.S. Senate passes a stopgap funding bill to avert a government shutdown, sending it to the President's desk ahead of Friday's midnight deadline.
