[§118] Rev 9:13-14: Four Angels Are Loosed from the Euphrates River

from Unveiling Jesus Christ

This podcast explains and interprets the symbols present in Revelation 9:13-14, which describe the start of the battle of Armageddon, also known as the Second Woe of the seventh seal. The Second Woe will begin at a future day when the sixth trumpet angel sounds his trump. The symbols include four angels, who represent the unembodied and disembodied spirit sons of perdition who will be given great power on earth to influence mortal people to engage in the battle of Armageddon where one third of the symbolic number of 200,000,000 (two hundred million) men will die. The four angels (representative of evil spirits) arise from the Euphrates River, which symbolizes Spiritual Babylon, hell, the abyss and the bottomless pit from whence these evil spirits arise. The four angels in Rev 9:13-14 are distinguished from the four angels that John saw in Revelation 7:1-2.
