Blue skies to start the week, actually got bored this weekend despite having so many things to do! Found an audio guy! So this should make things a little easier. Workout done… in the evening! Lunchtime spent recording another video! 7km in 48.40… my watch might be wrong. It was windy. Add in the usual rope work, jumps and push ups. Olympics over! China takes another table tennis gold, this time against Japan! USA and China tied for gold medals (no Elaine Gu for the Summer Olympics?), Canada in 12th with 9 gold, 7 silver, and 11 bronze.
