SSAB - August 28, 2024

from The Audio Blog of Steven Sirski · host Steven Sirski

Welp, sick. Lunchtime workout in! 5.5 slow kms in 35.16. Watch says I ran each km in about 6.20, I don’t believe that. Felt a lot slower. Then some slam ball. Thinking… morning workouts at the gym might actually help cause then I could do stretching at noon time. Working on a new long form video for the language vlog, should be up this week. Was kind of funny to read what the Chinese guys were saying. Bought Fruity Pebbles! I don’t think I’ve ever bought this before! And I can’t remember the last time I even had these! For good reason, they’re like Frosted Flakes but smaller, with a hint of flavour (is it fruit?), and dissolves like pure sugar in your mouth. Donate to the show!
