Tried to find HongZhuan Breakfast Street, failed. We left too late but did find a semi-open snack street. A few of the stewards were smoking while cooking. Snow and Ice Festival: 哈尔滨冰雪大世界 Nice during the day, but then got really cold when the sun went down. Good thing there are several indoor mall/pavilions to go into.
