SSAB - July 17, 2023

Busy weekend again! More and more this seems like a maintenance trip! Seeing people and catching up, it’s not like I’m getting much by way of cleaning done! Workouts in! 11km in the morning interspersed with pushups and squats then out to Pan Am Pool for my afternoon workout. Haven’t been in a gym in a long while! WTF is a tube steak?! Cool here in Winnipeg but will warm up next week as I’m leaving.  Created a FB page for my language vlogging channel.
