A lot of it was trial and error, educated guesses and “if this is true, then should also work,” sorta of brainstorming. Brilliant. Newsletter will be out tomorrow morning. Workouts in: run, skips, jumps, and an old man taking my photo. I said he should join me, he just stood there and watched. After work swings with the mace and steel club.
