Tomorrow’s the solstice! Shortest day of the year and I’ll be in… Melbourne?Run in and done! 8.73km in 59.48. Took some convincing to get out but had to get it done. Laundry day n all.Sydney’s nice, people are big here. Lots of drinking downtown, gf was surprised to see people having beers at lunch time. You wouldn’t see that in China.Tried McDonald’s today. Double Big Mac, triple cheeseburger, large fries and two pies: one apple, one chocolate. Good, but WOW that’s a lot of calories and salt!Met a guy who’s been travelling the world for the last five years, does design online to make money, and goes wherever he fancies. Was in London during the pandemic, travelled around to wherever there were no restrictions.Out to the Australia Museum, a natural history museum. Free, felt we should go to at least one museum. Didn’t shoot many videos today. Finding it hard to keep that progress going.Walked back, tried Haigh’s Chocolates… very good, as always!Back to the hostel aaand… “Are you a YouTuber?” Yea, a wannabe. Let’s record this convo! Turns out this girl has been in Australia for a few months and is on the Working Holiday Visa. From Korea, here to study English and maybe make some money.
