How is Winnipeg doing? -Across the board cafe - been full a few of the times we drove by -Not many drunks or homeless wandering the streets - but it is cold outside (Vancouver was popping off with them, tho) -The neighbourhood hasn’t changed all too much, but there are a few more multiplex dwellings instead of solo houses. -Most places are still open that I can remember.
