Morning: 30 min on the bike while reading Chinese Then 4 rounds: -3 kettle bell walks -30 seconds battle ropes -20 kettle swings (two hands, then alternating hands) -4kg ball slams -5 dips -10 weighted decline sit ups -10 weighted reverse crunches -5 pull ups Afternoon: 6.44km run in 45.51 Then 40 double unders, bench jumps, one arm incline push ups, assisted pistol squats And thinking about that business scheme, let’s do some numbers… 40,000 - Business start up (payable in instalments?) 1000 - Visa, sponsored by the company 10,000 - Green Card sponsored by the company Then can do whatever business (within scope) I want.
