Coldest beginning of October in a very long time!Workouts in! 3.51 km run in 28.09 (while on the phone!), then off to do 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats + rows, back, deadlifts, and shoulders. Then out for another 4.57km run in 28.23.Big day making calls! Always tough to gauge when to call, but these have to be done. Talked to my Uncle, no one is Ukrainian dancing.GOLD a moving! Bigly!
