Hope you brought your reservation number, if not, they do have a system there you can use. One of the guys spoke English, the others mostly used Chinese. Ran home cause didn’t want to spend the 1.50 RMB nor take the 40 min walk. Avoided going to Jing-A! Workouts in! -A bunch of running at noon with weight vest -60 weighted pull ups, push ups, squats After work: -Slow kettlebells, focusing more on legs Aaaaand payday… the debate of to order in or just make it on my own.
