Still working out, Steve? Yes. Yesterday’s runs in! First run done was 3.51km in 21.49, then off to the gym for legs and chest, then out for another 4.52km run in 28.10. Another workout in today, but focused on the back. Followed some of Jeff Nippard’s odd workouts to help hit the back. Thinking… what if I just did single muscle groups? Could I make it work?What of the gamification of education? Had the manager from Australia visit yesterday, she suggested I ask the students to move up to the front. I said they wouldn’t want to do that to which she responded, doesn’t matter what they want. She’s the same lady who suggested I play games with them and I couldn’t help think she had never taught a class this size in a similar environment.Looking at a few different ideas for short stories.
