Very not busy weekend! How enjoyable! Episode 42, third of the way through which means it won’t get released till later this week. Some burger fest was going on, Halloween parties, and… smog. Lots of smog! Workouts in! 6.5km (I think) at lunch + steel club, rope work, jumps, pushups and pistol squat negatives. After work: slow kbells, mace and club Newsletter out!
