End of the week and a busy day!SLV Episode 57 is up and out!Workouts in! Run from the uni to hotel: 3.51km in 24.43 (a bit slow), 105 pull ups, 210 push ups, 315 squats using body weight, 5 kg and 10 kg weights. Changed them up throughout cause I wasn’t sure if I could only do 10kg. Then back out for another 4.51km run in 27.48.12 or 13 more weeks to go, gotta find something to do with these kids other than just textbook work. They’re bored. I’m bored!How’s the food at the hotel? Pretty good as of late!
