Why does it smell like smoke here? Is it my neighbour or outside? First time in a gym in a VERY long time! How was it? Grimey, not bad, more expensive than I thought but I know why, literally tripled up my workouts today. Morning bike ride + gym visit for an hour + afternoon 7km run in 43.47.
