What did you forget? What went right that you'd completely forgotten about? What were your favorite moments, achievements, and blessings? Second, what challenge did you face this year that you turned around? Where did you go from weakness to strength? From drain to something you feel excited or empowered about? Third, what did you start this year and keep doing? Something you'd been procrastinating on or were afraid to do. What positive change did you implement that deserves acknowledgement? And fourth, where were the moments you felt like "Yes, this was me"? Where you felt centered, aligned, right in yourself. Where the work felt right, or how you showed up felt right.
